Services Provided


metroKCwebDesign offers a range of digital services including, but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Content creation
• Branding and logo design
• Social media and digital marketing
• Website maintenance and hosting

The scope of services and deliverables will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.




3.
Client Responsibilities


Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials.
• Respond to communications promptly to avoid delays.
• Make timely payments in accordance with the terms of the service agreement or invoice.

Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.




4.
Payment Terms


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices are due upon receipt. metroKCwebDesign reserves the right to:

• Pause or terminate services due to non-payment.
• Charge late fees for overdue invoices.
• Retain ownership of work until payment is received in full.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with prior notice.




5.
Ownership & Intellectual Property


Unless otherwise agreed:

• Clients retain full ownership of content and materials they provide.
• metroKCwebDesign retains ownership of proprietary tools, code, and processes developed independently of the client.
• Upon full payment, ownership of custom design and content created for the client is transferred to the client, unless specified otherwise.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials.




6.
Revisions and Approvals


The client is entitled to a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.

Final approval must be provided in writing before project launch or publication.




7.
Third-Party Services


Some Services may involve the use of third-party tools, platforms, or software (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress plugins). metroKCwebDesign is not responsible for the performance, availability, or changes made by these third parties.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts, licenses, and subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.




8.
Termination of Services


Either party may terminate services with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client will be invoiced for all work completed to date.
• No refunds will be issued for completed services.
• metroKCwebDesign may retain work not yet paid for.

9.
Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, metroKCwebDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services in question.




10.
Warranties & Disclaimers


We strive to deliver high-quality, functional, and visually appealing work, but we do not guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings or traffic results
• Third-party platform performance
• Complete error-free functionality

All Services are provided “as is” and without warranties unless otherwise stated in writing.

Privacy


Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will never share your information without consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., Missouri], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
